HAGUE PEACE CONGRESS.
BRITISH COMMITTEE. ENGLISH WOMEN TO ATTEND. (Received April 9. 2 a.m.) London, April 8A number of English women are to attend the International Peace Conference at The Hague on the 28th. The British committee includes Mrs. Despard, Miss Sylvia Pankhurst, and Mrs. Phillip Snowden. Mrs. Pankhurst, on behalf of the Women's Social and Political Union, disapproves of the conference. She says it is unthinkable that English women should meet German women when their relatives ate murdering British subjects on the high seas, and have committed such awful horrors in Belgium.
