GUNS FOR THE ALLIES.
OUTPUT FROM FRANCE. FACTORIES' ACHIEVEMENT. Paris, April 2. Speaking in the Chamber of Deputies, M. Millerand, French Minister for Defence, declared that the output of munitions had risen 600 per cent, as compared with the period at the outbreak of the war, and it would soon be 900. The number of batteries has been increased sixfold.
