LIVERPOOL DOCKERS.
NEW ORGANISATION. WORKERS FREELY OFFERING(Received April 4, 7 p.m.) London, April 3. Although enlistment in the battalion of dockers, which is being formed at Liverpool by Lord Derby, with Earl Kitchener's permission, does not begin' until April 8, 3000 workers have already offered to join. The new Liverpool dockers' organisation is to be under military law for home service to carry on Government work in tho docks. The men will receive the same pay as army reservists, in addition to the minimum of 35s a week, provided by the Trade Union rules. None but trado unionists are to be enrolled.
