GERMANS REINFORCED ON FLANDERS FRONT.
TRENCHES RESEMBLE PERMANENT FORTIFICATIONS (Received April 4, 7.30 p.m) Paris, April 3. The German infantry along the Dixmude-Ypres front has been strongly reinforced. The enemy's trenches are protected with cement and steel plates, resembling permanent fortifications. They extend many miles.
