BIBLE-CLASS UNIONS.
ANNUAL CONFERENCES. [DT T/LEGIUriI.—rnESS ASSOCIATION'.] Dusedin, Saturday. The annual camp and conference of the New Zealand Methodist Bible Class Union aro being held here. There are nearly 80 delegates present, a number smaller than usual owing to the war, 250 members having responded to tho Empire's call. The report stated that finances were healthy. The sum of £50 had been voted to foreign missions. Officers were elected as follows:—President, Rev. Seamer; vice-presidents, Revs. Drake, Greenslade, and Read ; secretary, Mr. Hemer; treasurer, Mr. Mrlndoe. The Young Women's Bible Class Union is also in conference, 250 delegates being present from all over the Dominion. Mrs. J. Aimitage, of Auckland, New Zealand president, is in charge. The Auckland branch reported 37 classes and a membership of 446; Wanganui, 19 classes and ft membership of 322; Wellington, 22 classes and a membership of 339; Canterbury, 35 classes and a membership of 534; Otago, 13 classes and a membership of 196.
