An opportunity will shortly be offered to lovers of Waiheke to acquire sections on Putiki Bay. A wharf is about to be erected, of a substantial nature, which will enable sailing craft generally to use I the same. This bay is well sheltered, | while the well-known Onetangi (Lon* Beach), which is of beautiful hard sand, and nearly two miles long, together with other smrller but nevertheless just'as perfect beaches, to which the owners intend making roads, is also on the property. The total water, .frontage approximates eight miles. This will be the first subdivision of Waiheke land.
