MILLION GERMAN PIGS.
BELGIUM'S EXTRA BURDEN. NO FODDER IN GERMANY. (Received April 2, 730 p.m.) London, April 1. The Daily Mail states that owing to the shortage of fodder in Germany, nearly a million German pigs have been billeted in Belgium. Some of the wealthiest citizens are compelled to board 20 pigs. In the poorer houses and fewer number are billeted.
