HOW THE SUBMARINES OBTAIN THEIR FUEL.
OIL-LADEN VESSEL CAPTURED BY BRITISH. CREW COMPRISED MOSTLY OF GERMANS. (Received April 2, 7.30 p.m.) London, April 1. The Lodenskyvannassau, an oil-laden vessel, was captured and brought to Newhaven on suspicion of supplying a submarine. The captain was unable to produce his papers. The crew were mostly Germans.
