Straits Settlements, and Philippine Islands, 8 a.m. Cape Colony, Natal, and other South African States, 8 a.m. Honolulu, Fanning Island, United States, Canada. Central America, 8 am. ■' Southern offices of New Zealand, 8 a.m. , EASTER MONDAY. The Post Office will be open in all branches except money order and savings bank, from 9 to 10 am. only. All mails usually despatched after 8 am. will close at that hour. Late letters for Southern offices may be posted on the Main Trunk postal van up to tho time of departure. The street letterboxes will be cleared at midnight as usual. ENGLISH MAILS.
