ANNIHILATION OF TURKS.
BATTLE IN A SNOWSTORM.
MOUNTAIN PASSES SCALED
(Received February 3. 2 a.m.) Petkograd, February 2.
The second Russian victory at Gorless was decisive, resulting in the annihilation of the only division which escaped from the Russians at Sarykamish.
At Karaurgan the enemy attempted a flanking movement, but became hemmed in by the Olty River. The battle took place in a furious snowstorm. They killed 700 Turks, and much munitions of war and many prisoners were captured..
