SECOND CONTINGENT READY WELL-TRAINED FORCE. Time? and Sydney Sun Services. (Received February 2, 7.30 p.m.) London, February 1. The second Canadian contingent is ready to sail to replace the Canadians on Salisbury Plains. The new contingent is much better trained than the first contingent, and contains a larger percentage of Canadians.
