Koine is informed that the movement against Servia has been postponed. The majority of the Austrian troops have been transferred to the Roumanian frontier- Servia is covered with snow.
A correspondent with the Servians states that a renewal of the offensive by the enemy would be almost in the nature of a gambler's last throw, and would probably resit in a disaster compared with which the recent Austrian debacle would pale into insignificance.
