BELGIAN RELIEF FUND.
TOTAL OF £41,759 RECEIVED.
The Auckland Belgian Belief Fund now amounts to £41.759 6s 4d. Included in yesterday's contribution* is the seventh donation from the residents of Raglan, making a total subscribed from this district to date of £111 13s 7d. The residents of Kaitaia have also been very energetic in assisting the fund, and have forwarded a further £50, being the proceeds of a bazaar organised by the local Anglican Church. The time is approaching when the drawing in connection with tho art union takes place, and the public arc advised to secure tickets immediately. The pictures are still mi view at the British and Continental Piano Company's premises in the Strand Arcade. Additional donations received are as follows : — £ s. d.
