GERMAN CREW'S DILEMMA.
INTERNMENT OR CAPTURE.
BRITISH CRUISER WAITING.
Washington, January 17.
The State Department has ordered a collier manned by a German prize crew to leave Porto Rico, in the West Indies, or else submit to internment.
There is a British cruiser waiting outside, and the Germans will probably decide to be interned. The collier was formerly the British ship Farn, of 4300 tons, which was captured by the Karlsruhe in October.
