RECOVERIES FROM WOUNDS.

London, January 17. The Journal of Surgery reports remarkable recoveries from wounds. One soldier had a large hole driven in the frontal regions of his scalp. Another had the vortex of his skull fractured, which was followed by extensive paralysis of the limbs. Both are doing well.
