TIGHT HAND ON WHEAT.
PURE BREAD UNLAWFUL. (Received January IS. 10.30 c m.) London, January 17. Orders have been issued in Germany making it unlawful to make pure wheat bread, and also prohibiting the buying and selling of gold coins above par, under penalty of a fine of 500 marks (£"15) and a term of imprisonment
