CHARGE OF FORGERY.
ARREST AT WHANGAREI

Wiiangarei, Monday. The sequel to an arrest made on Saturday evening by Constable Condon was the appearance before Mr. E. Page. S.M., at the Whangarei Magistrate's Couit to-day of William Samuel Beehre, who was charged with forging and uttering a cheque for £6 4s at FeiJding, purporting to be signed by N. Alder ton. Accused was remanded to appear at Feilding on January 26. Bail was allowed.
