LIBEL ACTION SETTLED.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —FK.ESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Tuesday. The libel action, New Zealand Times v. Dominion, which was set down for hearing at the Supreme Court here to-morrow before Mr. Justice Sim and a jury, has been settled. The claim was for £3000 damages. Twice the action was tried at Wellington with an inconclusive result, and a change of venue to Dunedin was then agreed""ffn.
