London, November 17.
The Petrograd correspondent of the Times reports that the peace overtures recently attempted through the Vatican and through Luxemburg and Washington by German diplomats, have been more pronounced since the failure of the attempted German coup in Poland has become apparent.
To all the efforts of the Germans, however, Russia has turned a deaf ear.
