GENERAL HERTZOG TAKEN PRISONER BY DE WET.
FOE ADVISING REBELS TO SURRENDER, RUMOUR CURRENT IN CAPETOWN. Capetown, November 16. It is rumoured that De Wet has taken General Hertzog prisoner for advising the rebels to surrender. A meeting of Australians and New Zealanders at Durban have formed an Australasian Rifle Association.
