The Times military correspondent says that the situation is becoming terrible for Germany. She has gambled for a great success in the west and has lost. She scare dares to go back because of bankruptcy. The Prussian strategy would be laid bare to the whole world, yet it will not avail her to hold part of Belgium when Silesia and East Prussia is overrun, and the German Empire-- is stricken at the heart.
