GERMAN CRUISERS REPORTED AT VALPARAISO.
London, November 13.
According to a message from Lima, in Peru, the officers of the Leipsic and Dresden state that the ships did not participate in the naval battle off Chili. Both ships have sailed.
The British Admiralty announces that in the absence of information to the contrary the loss of the Good Hope and Monmouth is presumed.
Beuter's Valparaiso correspondent reports that the Leipsic and the Dresden have arrived there* and are provisioning.
