QUESTION IN PARLIAMENT.

Wellington, Thursday. A QrrsTios' rtoncerning tho sale of liquor at Apia was asked in the House to-day by Mr. L%itt (Christehurch North). His question was as follows :—' ; Whether it is tine that Colonel Ixigan has authorised tho sale of intoxicating liquor at Apia for four hours daily, and whether the result gave rise to so much rowdiness that he had to put the garrison police in the several bar??"
The Prime Minister: As a, matter of fa. 1 had not heard of this, but I shall make inquiries about it from Colonel Logan through His Excellency the Governor.
