RDM FOR GERMAN TROOPS.
MEDICAL PURPOSES ONLY. CROWN PRINCE EXPLAINS. (Received October 30, 1 a.m.) London, October 29. A sensation was caused among German temperance organisations by the Crown Prince asking that Arrack rum he supplied to the troops. The Prince at a courtmartial, announced that the rum was intended for medical purposes only.
