Owing to the perishing cold at Bulford, in Wiltshire, an application has been made for a supply of cardigan jackets for the colonial troops being trained there. The New Zcalanders' Association ransacked the city emporiums and warehouses, whose supplies, however, have been depleted by the War Office. The association managed to purchase two hundred jackets.
