NATIVE CHIEF EXECUTED,
TROUBLE IN CAMEROONS.
INCITING TO REBELLION.

The Hague, October 22.
The German Governor of the Cameroons announces that Manga Bell, a native chief, has been executed for inciting the natives to rebellion. Bell's efforts were largely successful, as the natives are dissatisfied with German rule, and especially with official brutality to which they are subjected.
