Adelaide, October 23.
At a meeting to form a branch of the Navy League, Mr. Owen Smyth, referring to the leniency accorded to Germans and Austrians, said: " I know as clearly as any man can know, without being in a position to prove it, that a man in the Government employ has given valuable information to Berlin."
