GERMANY'S COLONIES.
RESIGNATION ADVISED. Times and Sydney Bun Services. (Received October 23, C.lO p.m.) London, October 22. A German paper, in announcing that the Japanese fleet had destroyed the forts at Tsing-tau, remarks that Germans must accept with resignation what is going to happen to the colonies, remembering that their future will be settled in Europe.
