ITALY NOT BELLICOSE,
AUSTRLIN MINE DISASTER. REFERRED TO HAGUE COURT. (Received October 23, 8 p.m.) Paris, October 22. The Paris edition of the New York Herald publishes a message from Rome which states that Italy has agreed to allow The Hague Court to settle difficulties arising out of the Italian disaster from Austrian mines.
