HEAVY FIGHTING IN THE REGION OF BRUGES. SIGNS OF EXHAUSTION IN THE ENEMY'S RANKS. London, October 22. The Flushing correspondent of the Daily Mail says that the German positions on tho Belgian seaboard and in the vicinity of Bruges and Ghent are becoming critical. The enemy is still holding Ostend.
