WAIHI CLUB'S ANNUAL MEETING. [BT TEUGKArH.— CORRESPONDENT.] Waihi, Thursday. The annual meeting of the AVaiti Lawn Tennis Club was held last ovenimr. Tho president, Mr. A. T. Kenrick was in tho chair. Tho report and statement of accounts disclosed a satisfactory position. Officers for the ensuing year wero elected as under:— President, Mr. A T. Kennck; rice-presidents, Messrs G. Hawko and E. A. Wilson; hon. secretary, Mr. T. B. Baber. It was decided to officially open the season on Saturday, October 31.
