The large numbers of people who were unable to gain admittance to the Lyric Theatre on Wednesday night were given an opportunity last evening of witnessing the Trafalgar Day celebrations held under the auspices of the Navy League. The 3rd De'-onport Troop of boy scouts was in attendance, and a troop of girl si outs also rendered valuable assistance. The theatre was decorated with flags. An interesting lecture upon "Massage" was given to the members of the St. John Ambulance nursing division on Tuesday eveniug- The speaker was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. In connection with Queen Mary's Needlework Guild the members are taking great interest in the movement, and Mrs. C. Smith, lady corps superintendent, will bo glad to receive any garments for the sick and wounded in the war.
