THE GRAMMAR SCHOOL.
OLD BOYS' ASSOCIATION. The annual general meeting of the Auckland Grammar School Old Boys' Association was held in the Grammar School, Symonde Street. The president, Mr. A. Q. Cooke, occupied the chair, and there was a good attendance of members. The report aud baJanoe-sheet for the previous year were read and confirmed. During the past year the association has made good progress, both from the point I of view of membership and finances, and everything points to an even more successful and progressive future. The election of officers resulted as follows : President. Mr. A. A. Martin-vice-presidents, Messrs. C. Hay and R Uwynne; general committee Messrs Gouldmg, Beazley, Mahon, Von Stunner ana Thomas; secretary, Mr. F. T Eyre l ' assistant secretary, Mr. P. S. Robertson treasurer, Mr. T. Koecing. Under the rules of the 'association one of the three trustees of the capital fund retired, as decided bv lot. Mr E E \aile was the retiring trustee, and being eligible for re-election waa re-elected to toe position.
