Ostend, September 22.

It is reported that all the Bavarian troops have left Brussels. Some have. been court-martialled for insubordination and shot. It is stated that all the Germans who were at Brussels have been sent to France or to the East Prussian frontier and 40,000 Austrians occupy Brussels accompanied by seven heavy siege guns.
