REPORTED DISPOSITIONS.
IN THE KIEL CANAL. Timw and Sydney Sun Services, (lJecoived August DS, 7.30 p.m.) London, August 27. It is reported that 1200 merchant vessels arc interned at Hamburg. The warships of the most recent typo are in the Kiel Canal, off the mouth of the Elbe and off Heligoland. Torpedo boats and cruisers are defending the approaches to the coast.
