Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Counci' held on the third day of August, 1914, it <vas resolved by way of Special Order that th» Mount Edon Borough Council make a By-la* under " Tho Municipal Corporations Act. 19V8," and any other power in that behair i. thereunto enabling, to repeal the Building By-laws at present in force in the Borough of Mount Eden, and in lieu thercoi to make the following By-laws, the objoct and purport of whioh aro as follows, namely (a) Roquirlng notice to be given and plans and specifications to be deposited with tho Council of any, proposed building, or of any alterations or additions to an existing building, ana • requiring a permit to bo obtained for any such work before the samo be oommoncod.
