BLOCKADE OF MONTENEGRO
ONE DAY'S NOTICE GIVEN.
SHIPS WARNED'TO LEAVE.
Vienna, August 12.
It is officially announced that Austria has declared a blockado of tho Montenegrin coast, Ships of friendly and neutral nations, along the coast have been given twenty-four hours in which to leave.
Aftor that they will be captured or sunk if they seek to leave the coast.
The German Minister to Montenegro has received his passports.
Montenegro possesses a seaboard on the Adriatic some 28 miles in length. There are two ports, Dulcigno, with a population of 5000, and Antivari, with a population of 2500. Both- towns are fortified. Antivari is situated about 23 miles from Cettirije, the capital of ' Montenegro.
