FOUR BROTHERS FINED, •

A BARMAN ASSAULTED.

"Stiunce as it may seem," said Mr. E. 0. Cutten, S.M., in the Polico Court yesterday in a case in which five brothers named Over were charged with assaulting Alexander McGrory, a barman, "the evidence for the defence and prosecution practically agrees. What occurred was this. Garnet Over got drunk and was very annoyed at being put out of the hotel by the barman.
