SEQUEL TO A FIGHT.
[BT TELEGRAPH.— CORRESrOKDEXT.] WnANOAREI, Wednesday. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Kake Akarana, a native, appeared on remand and was charged with assaulting Gcorae Gradwcll, the latter being a barman who recently sustained a fractured skull in a fight with the accused. Akarana was fur ther remanded till Tuesday, Sergeant. Moore stating that he had been advised by the hospital authorities that GrndwelJ's condition had greatly improved, and that he would be able to appear at the Court on that day to give evidence.
