ENEMY'S ACTIVITIES WATCHED BY FRENCH AEROPLANES IMPORTANT STATION CAPTURED AND LOST AGAIN. '"Received August 13, 1 a.m.) Brussels, August 12. German troops arc making entrenchments round the city of Luxemburg and along the valley of the Ourthe. Aeroplanes keep the French headquarters well informed of the German movements. Six thiusaii'l Germans, with guns and quickfirers, capturcd'Landen railway station, seven miles from Tirlemont, and the crossing place of five railways. They tore up the rails. Subsequently the station was evacuated, and the Belgians are again in occupation.
