SESSION TO BE WOUND UP.
AVOIDING CONTROVERSY. (Itowiyed August 11, 9.35 p.m.) London, August 10. The House of Commons has adjourned until August 25. Mr. Aoquith stated that he hoped then to wind up the session in a way which would meet with general acquiescence. Mr. Bonar Law said' he would glatfly help to do the beat to prevent a controversial debate, which would be a national calamity.
