REPAIRS EFFECTED TO A STRATEGIC BRIDGE.
ARTILLERY FORCE CONVERGING ON NAMUR.
Amsterdam, August 10.
Germans are concentrating on Herstal, five miles north of Liege, where they rebuilt the pontoon bridge destroyed by tho Belgians, under heavy fire, to permit the passage of siege guns.
Some of them aro already at Liege, and others have gone to Xamur, where- the German artillery is concentrating.
