POST FOR LORD ISLINGTON.

London, August 10. Loud Islington has replaced Lord Enimott at the Colonial Office.
Mr. Christopher Addison, M.P., has succeeded Mr. Walter Runcimau as President of the Board of Agriculture.
Lord Islington, who has taken tho place of Lord Emmott as Under-Secretary of State for tho Colonies, was Governor of New Zealand from 1910 to 1912. Formerly he was Conservative member of the British House of Commons for the Chippenham Division of Wiltshire.
Mr. Christopher Addison, who is the Liberal member of the British House of Commons for the Hoxton Division of Shoreditch, becomes President of the Board of Agriculture in succession to Mr. Walter Runriman, who was appointed President of the Board of Trade on the resignation from the Cabinet of Mr. John Burns.
