The Government has notified tho proprietors of cinemas that they will not be allowed to show war pictures in any shape or form. If they attempt to do so their licenses will be instantly cancelled.
Americans anxious to return home gladly paid first-class fares merely for the privilege of sleeping on mattresses.
A statement was published here to-day, emanating from Berlin, that the Germans had captured Warsaw. The story is regarded as ridiculous, and no credence is attached to it. •'.■•' ■'
