MAINTAINING HER STAND.
STILL NON-COMBATANT.
Sydney, August 10.
The manager of the Dutch Royal Packet Steam Navigation Company has received a cable from the head office at Amsterdam, dated Saturday, stating that the neutrality of Holland had been fully maintained and respected.
