FIVE GERMANS ARRESTED, CHARGE AGAINST A PRINCE. Brussels, August 8
Five German spies disguised as priests were arrested at one of the principal railway stations, amid the indignation of a large crowd.
Prince De Croy, a former offioer of the guides, has been arrested on a charge of espionage.
