FRENCH CLUB.
A convkbsazion)s was held by the French Club last night in honour of the Fete Nationals Professor Walker, who is now president, presided. Mies Mitchell was at the piano. Songs were rendered by Miss Bartlett, Mr, Dellow, Miss Gertie Campion, and Miss McCormick. Mr, Bryco Hart gave a novel performance as a lightning artist, and a violin solo was contributed by Mr. Frank Parsons. M. Rigoreau acknowledged the compliments paid by tho club. An enjoyable evening was concluded by Miss McCormick singing "The Marseillaise" and "God Save the King."
