HUSBAND SEEKS DIVORCE.

London, July 14. A barrister, John Hissey, is applying for a divorce from his wife, an actress named Quoenie Mersill, with Albert Whclan, an Australian musichall artist, as co-respondent.
Hissey gave evidence that he and his wife ran throuarh a fortune of £30,000, and his wife then claimed the right to frequent night clubs with other men. One day she threw herself on the floor, and confessed to misconduct with Whelan at the Grand Hotel, Birmingham. The case was adjourned.
