LADY RANDOLPH CHURCHILL.
SUIT AGAINST HER SONS.
London, July 4. A scit has been entered by Lady Randolph Churchill against her sons to determine whether her divorce from Mr. CornwallisWest has reconstituted her executorship of the will of her first husoand, the late Lord Randolph Churchill. She forfeited her executorship when she married a second time. Lady Randolph Churchill is the mother of Mr. Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, and was an American heiress when she married Lord Randolph Churchill ».n 1874. After his death she married Mr. George Cornwallis-Wcst, but recently divorced him. There were no children oJ the second marriage.
