DIPLOMAT'S INDISCRETION.
RESIGNATION TO FOLLOW,

Washington, July 8. The President, Mr. Woodrow Wilson, has demanded tho resignation of Mr. Williams, American Minister to Greece and Montenegro, over his outspoken criticism of affairs in Albania.
The President directed Mr. W. J. Bryan, Secretary of State, to express the United State's regret to the European Powers at Mr. Williams's indiscretions.
It is understood that tho State Department has not received any complaints from Europe, where Mr. Williams's statements wore simply regarded as amusing.
